Kosovo-American Education Fund (KAEF) Graduate Fellowship Program
Kosovo American Education Fund (KAEF) is a prestigious graduate fellowship program providing merit-based fellowships to promising Kosovars to study at leading universities in the United States. KAEF fellowships are awarded to a select group of highly talented and committed individuals with strong leadership potential. The program aims to empower the future leaders of Kosova with the knowledge and tools needed to promote the country’s economic development.
Originally established with funds from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), KAEF is primarily funded through the generous support of individuals and businesses in Kosovo, the Government of Kosovo, American donors, and U.S. universities.
Administered by the American Councils for International Education, KAEF has supported 120 Kosovar students through fully funded graduate fellowships in attending more than 40 leading universities in the United States, since its establishment in 2004.
